The Sone Ericsson mobile - Satio i bought on March 7 from your shop in Tuen Mun Plaza has proved defective after only 2 weeks.
The touch screen is usually not function well - it is not sensitive enoguh that sometimes i need to touch it for several time. Worse still, the camera function is poor; the pixel is not up to your usual quality and stated in the advert, which claims that the camera reach the professional standard, 12.1 megapixel. i have asked for the repair for several tim, but the siutation is still disappointing me. I have used the Sony Ericsson mobile for many years and have always been satisfied with their quality. That's why i am so disappointed at the quality of my mobile.
As the mobile i bought cannot function well, i certainly hope you will offer me a replacement with a apology.

we agree that you should expect a Satio made by us to fit you perfectly and we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive the Satio with satisfactory performance.
Our dispatch department usually fully inspect every item before it is sent out. Unfortunately, your Satio was not inspected because one of our employees was negligent. We will offer intensive inspection training to employees to ensure that it will not happen again.
I have instructed the sales department to offer you a new Satio. Please come in personally to any branches with this letter together with the mobile for replacement.
